By using Endeavour, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Endeavour is a content publishing service that converts Markdown files into deployed static websites on Cloudflare Pages infrastructure. The service operates on a Bring Your Own Cloudflare (BYOC) model — you provide your own Cloudflare account credentials, which are used during deployment and never stored by Endeavour.

2. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you publish through Endeavour. Your Markdown files remain on your local device. Endeavour does not claim any rights to your content.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Endeavour to publish content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third-party rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.

4. Cloudflare Credentials

You are responsible for the security of your Cloudflare API tokens. Endeavour processes credentials in memory during deployment and does not persist them. You should rotate your tokens regularly and revoke them if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and unexpected outages may occur.

6. Payment and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you have concerns.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your sites will remain deployed until the end of your billing period. After cancellation, Endeavour will not perform new deployments on your behalf.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We’ll notify you by email before significant changes take effect.
